"Great personal customer service by Jerome. I called the store the evening prior and spoke with Jerome explaining that it was time I replaced my mattress, confirmed their opening time of 9am and he told me to ask for him. Arrived at the store the following morning about 9am-ish, met Jerome and so began an hour of personal attention for both my mom and me. The other employees were also kind, polite, and had a sense of humor. There was no rush or pressure to purchase... my mom and I both left the store without making the purchase as h]we wanted to think about our options. Orders were placed later that evening and delivery on dates convenient for each of us. Delivery was the best! Drivers were amenable to wearing masks (flu/everything terrible season) , and had their own booties to protect my floors. Delivery went well and all we can say is, "Thanks!" Also, mattresses are perfect!"
