"I???ve had good experiences with the Staples Print Services but will never go back to this location There was a problem with my prints and they could not have cared less even though I stressed that I urgently need them. The manager (dark hairs, F) was unnecessarily condescending. I told her that at any other Staples location I would receive help and she told me that this is not her problem I told them that I order from their company almost every week with large orders and that they might lose me as a customer but the manager did not seem to be interested. This would never ever happen at a small business On top of that, they did not cancel my order which made me lose close to $150"
