"Everything went smoothly as far as the transaction of choosing and receiving our mattress. The only 2 negatives were that the sales gentleman in the store was less than enthusiastic in his interaction with us. It wasn???t that he was rude but rather he didn???t seem interested in whether we bought or not. He wasn???t high pressure and we appreciated that. But he was also just disengaged. He also wore an outdoor jacket which gave the impression he had somewhere else to be. Second was the mattress we selected had to be ordered. So we did that through the store. It took a really long time for it to arrive and once it came we were expected to wait another 2 weeks for it to be delivered because we live in Canton apparently. We ended up just making another trip to pick it up ourselves. So going to the store is helpful to see and touch product but if I had to do it again I would have just left and ordered it ourselves online. Customer service was just mediocre. We got a nectar mattress and do love it!"
